María Cudeiro Torruella is General Manager of Evolus for Spain, Portugal and Switzerland, leading from Basel the launch of Nuceiva® (botulinum toxin type A) in the Spanish market since June 2024. Recognised by the LSE Santander Women W50 programme and listed in Forbes' Top 100 Most Influential Women, she is also the founder of Woman & Business, a content and community platform empowering women in the business world.

María Cudeiro Torruella is the General Manager of Evolus for Spain, Portugal and Switzerland, based in Basel, Switzerland. Since June 2024 she has led the strategic launch of Nuceiva® (botulinum toxin type A) in the Spanish market — a complex, cross-border go-to-market undertaking that spans three territories and multiple regulatory environments.
With a career rooted in business strategy, marketing management, P&L ownership and international market development, María has built a reputation for combining rigorous commercial execution with a genuine commitment to people leadership. Her academic background includes Esade, the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and IESE Business School.
Beyond her executive role, María is a visible public advocate for women in business and female leadership. She was selected for the LSE Santander Women W50 programme in 2022 (Organizational Leadership track, London School of Economics) and has been featured in Forbes' Top 100 Most Influential/Powerful Women lists. She is the founder of Woman & Business, a content and community platform that shares insights on management, leadership, and the belief that professional success and personal wellbeing need not be at odds.
